For me, the later, the better, as it allows me to finish my work and not rush right out. ![]() The perfect night out involves… starting with a late dinner. If you can get someone on the phone and are polite, there is always a better chance of getting a reservation. My insider tip on scoring a reservation or getting entry into an in-demand club or restaurant is… to call up, don’t go through an app or online. The best piece of career advice I’ve gotten is… that hospitality is a marathon, not a race, and make sure you choose your partners wisely. My work-life balance is my top priority these days. My role model in business is… my wife, watching her balance a career and her job as a full-time parent inspires me the to do the same. And I just love the food and ambiance at both! Sake has incredible sushi that we fly in from Japan a couple of times a week and satisfying noodles and cooked dishes like the Shonan pasta with clams and yuzu. These are our latest concepts, so I have been giving them some extra attention. The restaurant or club of mine that I frequent most often is…Sake No Hana, our new Japanese restaurant, and Silver Lining, a live music lounge.
